💳 REFUND POLICY

1. FOOD ORDERS
Due to the perishable nature of food:
- All sales are final once prepared.
- Refunds or replacements may be issued at management discretion for:
- Incorrect orders
- Quality concerns
- Verified service errors
Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
2. ONLINE & DELIVERY ORDERS
For third-party delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.):
- Refund requests must be made directly through that platform.
- Agnes Eats is not responsible for delivery delays or platform errors.
3. MEMBERSHIP FEES
Agnes Island Elite™ Membership fees:
- Are non-refundable once billed.
- Cancellation stops future billing only.
- No partial refunds for unused benefits.
4. GIFT CARDS
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.
5. EVENT TICKETS
Tickets for special events:
- Non-refundable unless event is canceled by Agnes.
- May be transferable at management discretion.
🍽 CATERING POLICY
Agnes Catering Services
1. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Catering orders are confirmed only after:
- Signed agreement (if required)
- Deposit received
- Date and menu confirmed
2. DEPOSITS
- 50% non-refundable deposit required for large catering orders.
- Balance due 48–72 hours before event.
- Orders not paid in full may be canceled.
3. CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellation 7+ days before event: deposit may be credited toward future order.
- Cancellation within 7 days: deposit forfeited.
- Cancellation within 48 hours: full payment may be required.
4. GUEST COUNT CHANGES
Final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours before event.
Increases may be accommodated based on availability.
Reductions do not guarantee price reduction.
5. DELIVERY & SETUP
- Delivery fees vary by distance.
- Agnes is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or venue restrictions.
- Client must provide adequate setup space and access.
6. FOOD SAFETY
Agnes is not responsible for food stored improperly after delivery.
Hot foods must be maintained at safe temperatures.
7. LIABILITY
Agnes LLC shall not be liable for:
- Venue-related incidents
- Third-party equipment failures
- Acts beyond reasonable control
Maximum liability shall not exceed total catering invoice amount.
