Food Allergy & Dietary Notice

Agnes prepares food in a kitchen that handles common allergens including, but not limited to:

• Wheat
   
• Soy
   
• Peanuts
   
• Tree nuts
   
• Fish
   
• Shellfish
   
• Sesame
   

While we take reasonable precautions to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens.

Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions are strongly encouraged to inform staff before ordering.

Agnes LLC shall not be held liable for allergic reactions or medical conditions resulting from consumption of our food.

By purchasing or consuming our products, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Client acknowledges that Agnes prepares food in facilities that process allergens. Client agrees to communicate any known allergies in advance. Agnes shall not be responsible for undisclosed food allergies or cross-contact that may occur in shared kitchen environments.

If you serve beer, wine, or host events — this is critical.

Agnes complies with all state and local alcohol laws.

Alcohol will only be served to individuals 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued identification.

Agnes reserves the right to:

• Refuse alcohol service to any guest
   
• Limit alcohol consumption
   
• Remove guests who appear intoxicated
   
• Deny service for safety reasons
   

Guests consuming alcohol assume full responsibility for their conduct.

Agnes LLC shall not be liable for:

• Injuries resulting from alcohol consumption
   
• Actions of intoxicated individuals
   
• Accidents occurring after leaving the premises
   
• Third-party damages caused by guests

If alcohol is served at a private event:

• Host assumes responsibility for guest conduct.
   
• Agnes may require proof of licensed bartender services.
   
• Agnes may require event insurance depending on size.
   
• Agnes reserves the right to stop alcohol service at any time.
   

Host agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Agnes LLC from any claims arising from alcohol consumption at the event.
